Part1: Shurpanakha resolves to kill sita or at least harm her.
Ram and Laxman, together resting. Ram is almost broken
R: when mother Kaikeyi wanted me to go to forest, sita happily accompanied me. She coaxed me to take her along. And now she got abducted!
Laxman! I cannot stop thinking about her. What if I cannot find her?
Laxman standing straight: we will brother! Soon very soon.
R: What is her mental condition now? What if she gets troubled and worried?
Laxman: please brother, have patience, do not be unduly worried! And knowing janaki Bhabi? She is the embodiment of patience. She will never lose her wit.
Back to Lanka
A demure and broken sita is Asokvan. Ravan's assistant rakshashas keep disturbing her with their mental torture, saying those same words of you should accept Ravan, forget about ram stuff. Trijata comes and interferes.
T: stop pushing her like that, give her time to make her mind, back to your duty ladies.
Bibhishan is praying. A very distraught and disturbed Shurpanakha enters shouting Brother! Oh! Brother!
She happily spoils his prayer to state her discontent.
She is very angry with their eldest brother Ravan. Apparently Ravan have wounded her. And why does she feel so?
Because in front of everyone, especially that insect Sita, Ravan chose to dishonor her, shurpankha, their dearest sister!
Bibhishan is calm and quite as ever. He calmly reminds Shurpanakha:
It's very normal. Whenever our brother picks up a new lady, he devotes himself to winning her, doesn't he? His all mind and soul lies in her. As far as I remember that day it was you who had lured him into this! You provoked brother to abduct sita and now why complain? You wanted brother to have a woman like sita as a jewel in his head and he is trying to do so. Do not interrupt; he does not like anyone interrupting. And you know his temper!
Shurpanakha does not like the truth spoken so blandly @ her face. She says: I did not come here to listen to your Hymns brother. I want to ask you : will you help me? I cannot tolerate sita, I want you to kill her, throw her to the sea or at least bury her alive in ground. I cannot tolerate her a moment
B: are you sure? You know I never support anything which is against the religion of truth. Even that day when all of you supported abduction of sita, I alone stood and spoke against it. And you want me to help you kill devi sita? Aren't you even afraid of brother ravan's wrath now?
S: I am his sister. I will manage somehow, but I cannot tolerate that woman any longer, if you will not help me, I will find a way of my own.
B: sita was right! No brother should have a sister like you, you destroyer.
S:I am shocked, but then I give a damn about your preaching. I will find my own way.
