Bajaj Pulsar 220 DTS-FI wins an award

MUMBAI: Bajaj Auto, on Friday announced that its Bajaj Pulsar 220 DTS-Fi has bagged the inaugural Indian Motorcycle of the Year (IMOTY) Award 2008.

The bike emerged as winner from a short-list of eight other brands, a press release issued here said.

"This (the award) is an attestation of the fact that Pulsar 220 DTS-Fi is the most complete bike available in India on Friday," Bajaj Auto's General Manager (Marketing), Amit Nandi, said.

The jury members for this award comprised of representatives of all the major automobile magazines from the country.
