i'm guessing because her sisters eyes were red or because she just saw red fire

May be because the blood rushes to her eyes due to aggression and anger.When someone gets angry or blushes,their face and eyes turn red becoz of the rush of blood flow.

I dont think there is any specific reason

My understanding was that it was done to show the changeover in personality

u know she is Natasha as soon as u see her eyes
