It was a nice episode but not as nice as ydays. Like the Jeeya moment was super cute. Jeet literally got her the stars ( he called these amount of bindis taare lol ) but uff after that entire moment of doing such a romantic gesture (and calling it koi badi baat nai) and then being unable to take his Nazren away from her…

He goes back to being non chalant after everything. Like couple this moment with the college day earlier and you would think Kuch toh POV denge is lallu ko.

He’s back to thoosing mithai and dismissing whatever feelings he had to being hungry

And like S toh Bilkul goner dikha di aaj ki epi mein. Super unhappy while surrounded by everyone and just looking at him with full yearning eyes while he’s just busing stuffing his face, licking his fingers, raising his eyebrows at her and smiling.

Bahut dumb down kar diya J ko. Like he’s not even wondering why is S constantly staring at him and not her hone waala pati.

Bahut hi overly ullu dikhaya aaj.

S is finally getting some PoVs is how she’s unhappy and incomplete. And even the precap shows she’s just unable to focus on anything but J.

Haan I understand the trope. But I hate that the writers do this to the leads. Like honestly I don’t care when they mess with the character arc of side characters. Like Ridhan and Reva ko overnight they changed. And I DGAF.

But with the leads - consistent writing is important or it just takes away from audiences intelligence and investment in the story.

J ko Kaafi intelligent and perceptive dikhaya tha. There’s a reason that he was the ONLY one who could read S and clocked something has happened to her for her to be so scared and in a shell. He could understand peoples emotions and where they stemmed from.

Ab overnight uski intelligence gayab kar di and dumb down kar diya. It’s an insult to both his and our intelligence as an audience.

They are giving us these cute moments between the two (which I love don’t get me wrong) but not making them think about those moments. So the payoff of the moments feels less because there doesn’t seem to be any movement or change in their dynamic. Sab status quo hi hai after all that love and care from ydays episode…

I feel cheated as an audience coz then those moments become lip service more than anything else lol.

Kuch bhi episode tha. Liked the whole Jeet/Saumya scene, but man, yeh dono side ke parents itna "mere bacche ki khushi" karte hai without even asking said bacche about what they want.

Like, the Saxenas, who keep fighting with each other all the time, are now going to be all united just to keep Saumya away from Ridhaan. Good for us Jeet/Saumya admirers.

Par phir dusri taraf you have dolt Mathurs who are the same, only pehle se united, but akal ke even more kam than Saxenas.

I mean, kabhi kisi se pyaar nahi hua, hasn't even thought about a girl ever, toh kaahe ka pata chalega attraction kya hota hai? Lekin uski bhi buddhi ghaas charne gayi hai. Aur konsi ladkiyon ke liye bindiya lene gaya tha?? Kisko dekhke itna hakkabakka reh gaya ke ulte per usko wapas niharne aa gaya?

Krish is right. Dono ullu hai. Inka alag hi kuch foreplay chal raha hai. Na inn dono ko pata yeh kya hai aur na hume samajh aa raha hai.

I think you summed up in your previous post right. 50% of this show is repetitive rage baiting family drama and remaining mein thoda Bahut is actual Jeeya equation and progress. Gosh the things we have to bear to get these 2 ullus to realize their own feelings for each other.

Like I think we discussed this before as well- saara entertainment ka quota is on the leads- romance, humor, action, emotions sab inka hi hai. Baaki koi bhi side character aisa nai hai Jisko dekh kar khushi Mile (except maybe Krish when he’s not doing random triangle loving).

Parents on both sides are the worst…

And j is just frustrating me to the core In today’s epi isliye main Bahut chidi hui hoon usse… like isko kuch samajh nai aa raha how he was irritated with the curtains that he couldn’t get a good look at her? What even is he thinking. Gosh.

Also, yeh Priya/Priyu ya toh koi bike hogi (aise cheat nahi karega Baby Ji par, but kya pata), ya phir kuch aisa hi stupid misdirection.

Did you guys see the BTs that Shaurya actor posted? I think rumors are that Jeeya ko one of these 2 kaudi ki villains will lock in a room together to try and malign their name together…

Anyway so Shaurya actor posted pics/ vids where is seems to be either night/ early morning coz Jeeya are in their night clothes and the media/ press/ reporters seem to be outside MAthur house while the Mathurs and Saxena families are both outside on the street trying to deal with the media coverage.

And on one pic showed Jeet trying to punch Shaurya.

Rumors claim that people will try to discredit Saumyas reputation with Anoop also being super angry at her with Jeet being the only one to stand up for her to clear her image.
