Gullu's captaincy is an epic fail because there were barely any issues with respect to duties/food.

Even when Amrapali and co decided to quit kitchen, MAQUA took over with zero complaints.

Kannu also has a habit of listening to Gullu.

BB's main issue is that - there were literally no house related issues.

Arifsha nhi hai toh uski, qazi naa saath beitha ho toh uski, uditi naa ho saath toh uski and so on. Matlab 4 mil ky ek ki burai karty hain, phir unn 4 main sy koi saath naa ho toh dusrey 4 uski burai karty hai and so on.
