you know even though I wanted the rishta to break coz Jeet and Saumya realize their feelings for each other- it almost feels like Saumyas past ka truth will be the reason. The Saxena adults won't accept her and again her izzat will be maligned in front of all.

Uggh I hate that and I hope there is no Jeet coming to save the day at the Mandap. Yuck gross.

Im honestly very intrigued to see how this rishta breaks. They have soooo many ways:

1. Like you said, Sanjeev Neeta find out about Somus past and that's a deal breaker for them?

2. Rewa and Sanjeev plot together to maybe trap Ridhaan in a situation where he has to marry Rewa?

3. Somu breaks it off as per spoilers by confessing her love in front of everyone?

Kya lagta hai which route they will take?

Also, I think you give Anoop Jackson far too much credit than he deserves. Sarthak ke saath he used to see how uncomfy Somu was esp in physical proximity but still he didn't bat an eyelid. I honestly don't think Anoop is going to come around just yet. Somu will need to do baghwat for her love initially. Family acceptance will come much much later. Won't be easy for them.

Didn't u see how proud anoop was today that ridhaan said all those sentences. But when his parents would be making a scene of saumyas pain and trauma he would not even bag an eyelid. And again sant jeet would have to come to the rescue. Anoop jackson would see this and realise the person who truly loves his daughter is jeet he puts her before himself always. And also sumo standing up for herself would also help dr see her as a individual and not as a bholi bhali ladki who cannot defend herself. The entire beging plot of the story was sumo would not be able to defend herself if her name gets attached to jeet. But yaha to lampat tai is doing more than joining the names.

Aaj k episode me sab ki standing dikh gayi hai.

He literally has no opinions of his own barring "I love Saumya" and toffee-giving. Koi jo bolega woh karega. Mummy ne kaha 'no helping Jeet' toh maan gaya. Papa ne kaha 'no need to worry about Saumya and Jeet', phir maan gaya, Pakhi ne kaha 'Suamya loves you' with literally no evidence, woh bhi maan gaya, and Jeet ne kaha 'tell Saumya you love her' toh wohi kar diya.

'Thali ka baingan Lite' hai. Ab dekhna hai future mein full on thali ka baingan banta hai ya phir sudharta hai (or worse, thali se ucchal ke sidha kichad mein girta hai).
