Yung complained about being physically hurt- a stratch, to be precise. Not about being sexuallu violated. The HMs started a narrative of "looking bad". Yung didnt even cared about that part, he was fuming in anger throughout the fight because he was hurt. Yahan touching, or inappriopriate action ka toh zikr bhi nhi hua. If "visual" was exposing qazi or his character I would not have supported him. Looking akward is not as same as something inapproriate happening there.

And if there was a girl opposite to qazi or any any housemate I am sure no one would have done that, everyone cares about their image on national TV ( I am still talking about the "visual")
