Yet Himanshi was better looking than Shehnaz and hated. Shivangi in Lockup (considered conventionally good looking) is hated on another level, Hina was hated in her season etc etc.

Plus on reddit there was a group who supported him because of his looks. They said they were bullied for their looks and they connect with Pranit on that level. Pranit had told he was called kalua, badsoorta, cobra, potty shakal as a kid :(
