Point. Waise toh itni energy bhari padi hain iss bande ke andar, kuch physical uchal kud karte rehna padta hoga toh release the energy and stay in control. Otherwise toh Gopi bahu ki language mein most contestants magarmach ki tarah pade hi rehte dekhe hain. Magarmach ko brush karwane wala pehle aaya hain.
