Karan was younger than Gautam and after Mihir reunited with Tulsi and his family, Mandira was initially heartbroken and wept a lot. Then she lied to Mihir about being pregnant with his child just after a psychiatrist helped Mihir recover his lost memories. Mihir was absolutely devastated by the news and he wanted to tell Tulsi when she ended up telling him she was pregnant again. Mihir obviously couldn't tell her anything after that.

After Shobha's birth, Gautam is kidnapped and Mihir is still around trying to look for his son, trying to file kidnapping charges against Kiran and Aarti, meeting lawyers who tell him that since the adoption was legal and registered with the proper authorities, Gautam had become his brother's son legally and therefore Mihir had no legal right to challenge Kiran and Aarti'd decision to take him with them and since they were legally adults who had left behind letters clearly stating they had no intention of living with the Viranis anymore, nothing could be done. Had the 3 just disappeared, missing complaints could be made but not here.

Eventually a leap happens and initially an actor called Indra Kumar is brought in for Mihir. But he's quickly replaced by Ronit.

So no, Karan wasn't conceived at the same time as Shobha or even around the time of her birth. There's likely at least a couple of months or even longer before he's conceived. We don't know in S1 how much older Karan is to Harsh but Harsh addresses him as Karan Bhaiyya, the only Virani sibling to do so. We are told that Ansh and Harsh were likely either born on the same day or a day apart; so Harsh and Ansh are at least two years or so younger than Shobha since I doubt Tulsi immediately got pregnant after she gave birth for the 2nd time and moreover when she was still recovering from not just the physical toll of pregnancy but the mental toll of her firstborn being kidnapped. Karan was born before Ansh and Harsh but after Shobha per S1.

Yeah exactly that's how she trained both Mihir n Anupam. Mihir was stating Mumbai ke log bahot khatarnak hote hai could be hinting the same.

khana peena I understand body ki maang hai, chalna, bolna bhi theek hai kuch had tak. Ye partial Amnesia hai Mihir ka, he knows everything after the accident, wife, colleagues, malwani/makhwani's house pooja, celebration etc.

Anupam ko sab kuch yaad hai, only thing is he is scared of getting hated by Tulsi n his children also the imprisonment if proved guilty by Virani's. He is blackmailed by Mandira surely.
