A Mother's Dilemma: Though she knows her sons stand on the side of Dharma, Kunti wrestles with the agonizing truth that righteousness comes at the price of immense bloodshed.

Words of Guidance: Seeking to steady his resolve, Kunti reminds Arjun of his duty as a Kshatriya, urging him never to let personal affection cloud his moral obligation on the battlefield.

Arjun's Devotion: Arjun listens to his mother with utmost reverence, his posture reflecting both unwavering obedience and the quiet solemnity of a prince ready to bear his destiny.

Dramatic scene - Krishna meets Kunti

Kunti stands silently, her face filled with worry. Krishna approaches her with affection and respect.

Krishna: "Mata, I have come to Hastinapura to prevent the war."

Kunti looks at him with pain in her eyes.

Kunti: "Krishna, after everything that has happened, do you truly believe this war can still be stopped?"

Krishna remains calm.

Krishna: "I will make every effort. But the final choice belongs to those who sit upon the throne."

Kunti's voice trembles.

Kunti: "My sons have suffered enough. I fear what will happen when the armies finally stand against each other."

Krishna gently reassures her:

Krishna: "Do not let fear overcome you, Mata. Your sons will not be abandoned."

Kunti then remembers the one truth that weighs most heavily upon her heart-Karna, her firstborn son, whose identity remains hidden from the Pandavas. Krishna knows the secret as well. The traditional story places Kunti's revelation to Karna immediately before the war.

Kunti: "Krishna... there is another son whose fate frightens me."

Krishna's expression becomes serious.

Krishna: "I know, Mata."

Kunti looks at him in shock.

Krishna: "The past cannot be changed. But perhaps one last attempt can prevent a mother's sons from destroying one another."

Kunti's eyes fill with tears.

Kunti: "Then tell me, Krishna... what must I do?"

Krishna looks toward the palace, where the struggle for the Kuru kingdom is reaching its final stage.

Krishna: "Speak the truth, Mata. Sometimes the truth arrives late-but it can still change the heart."

The scene ends with Kunti standing in deep anguish, while Krishna remains composed, knowing how close the entire Kuru dynasty is to war.

A mother's message to the messenger of Peace

The peace envoy to Hastinapura had drawn to a close, and its outcome was no longer a secret.

Kunti knew that Dhritarashtra's sons were no longer seeking peace. They were down on their own pride and ego that the five Pandavas could be of no harm to them. The illusion of power and the weight of his own arrogance had blinded Duryodhana to the storm approaching. Yet somehow, in one corner of her heart, she was hoping that her nephew could yield some magic and make Duryodhana agree.

When Krishna entered her quiet chambers, Kunti did not see a defeated envoy. Her sons and daughter-in-law had suffered dishonour and exile, but now the time for endurance had reached its absolute end.

With absolute resolve and heavy conviction, Kunti voiced her message,

"Tell my sons that they must fight - for themselves. For the dignity which has been dragged in this very court."

She hadn't forgotten Draupadi's tears, and the silence chosen by the Kuru elders.

She trusted Shri Krishna with her sons. She knew that with her nephew on their side, she could have some room to breathe, but somewhere or the other the worry for her eldest was still lingering in her mind.

"Vasudev, while I remain here, in Hastinapur, the very palace which brought my sons and Draupadi such immense pain, I request you to not leave them alone."

Shri Krishna offered her a gentle, reassuring nod, his eyes holding an understanding.

"They have never been alone, Bua," he replied softly, his voice carrying the calm weight of a promise that would hold firm through the darkness ahead. "Wherever there is Dharma, victory and guidance naturally follow. "

Shri Krishna's departure from her chamber simply meant that her family's fate was in divine hands now. The reality settled over the room. After this, nothing was going to be the same; unofficially, this was the blowing of the conch of war.
