Yes insta par Scout. But reach wise I would say Qazi because of viral content (but that doesn't translate to votes).

X par Qazi, Scout both have strong support.

Youtube doesn't matter as its all paid PR.

Which is a shame because I think he deserves top 5. Aasif out hogaya tou honestly season mein koi kalesh nahi hona. Scout dar jata hai Qazi se. Yung waise hi chup hai.

Baat sach hai but he's unlikable for the masses for various reasons as u know so he just doesn't have the votes and the bashing he will get on wkv along with scout and yung (won't affect these 2 as they have set fanbases) will lower his votes more
