I agreeLove and hate, both are not possible at first sight. They can only be possible after knowing the person. On the other hand, attraction/lust and dislike at first sight is totally possible.
It has to be attraction because of good impressions . Good impressions can be because of variety of things. The opposite is also likely to happen.
