I think the reason they did the 'I am a rockstar' stage for Qazi was to acknowledge the sheer reach and engagement he pulled in. It felt like their way of appreciating his massive contribution to the season's success so far.
I feel BB is more serious about making this season a success. It also showed in Salman's attitude, his feedback to the contestants, and his appreciation of the likes of Yung, Arishfa etc (who are contributing).
