Yes they have they are brother and sister and anupam is always support tulsi and tulsi mihir relationship but mandira is after mihir so they have difference

Achint Kaur entered as Priyanka who later was revealed to be Mandira with plastic surgery (and height enhancement) and then on being exposed she left
When she next returned Aman Verma had already left

Oh I got it you asking about mandira as achut kaur so they have scence when she introduced her as fake named priyanka she ties rakhi to anupam but then her true identity comes in front of all anupam breaks ties with her after that I don't remember he came back when she again comes back in virani by married gujral and kidnapped gautam but achit and aman do scence together in season 1
