NO IDEA AT ALL ,JUST TRY THE YOU TUBE.

I subscribed to Jio Hotstar, paid the fees and all, and now when I play any video at 1080p, it has the same quality as 720p. I feel scammed!

You need to end the subscription in your iPhone settings (assuming you have an iPhone).
