Yups agree when appu came back nd entered house she had per-occupied thought abt her secret marriage but next day the could atleast show a hug between them or when aaru was talking back to rashmi they could have shown appu saying she is her bhabhi speak decently So we could guess she knows abt them or they had scene between nd not shown to us.

Actually since confession forgot everything except their love. His life was in danger but that bracelet scene at ps was last time she thought about hoodie. No investigation from his side also. Freezer was to bring confession,ignore the rest as long as he doesn't come back to hurt them.
