Haha fair enough. I think I concur with the observation that Saumya will confess first. And him running away from his feelings and reality. I really see the reel banate hai song ke lyrics to be true... she will be drowning in his love while he will be dry dry khadoos 😭🤣

TBH, im not a very regular ITV watcher, maybe 1 show comes along in 2-3 years to pique my interest. My problem is when I see a show and I like it, I try to give those actors ka different shows also a chance only to be disappointed LOL.

I think I miss a daily dose of ITV tropes> Like I said I regularly watched a show like this maybe ages ago- so it feels fun to guess and partake in discussions.

Oh samsies! Well to some extent. I'm not regular either. I think this is the first actual prime-time daily show that I'm watching in almost 10 years. KDT was a late night show so I don't count in the prime time daily category. And I'm watching 108 Base Hospital Uri, but that's a limited series of 30 episodes on the weekends only so I guess that doesn't count either.

On an aside- does anyone else have a problem with Saumyas styling for the wedding related ceremony? In the precap thing she looks fine- she looks herself in the sari.

But that Lehenga looks so over the top for Saumyas character and the styling as well. They could have draped the dupatta more traditionally- it just doesn't fit her character I feel. Remember she's the same girl who went to the tailor in the first episode to make her clothes looser and not fitter. Hair bhi over the top laga. Too much made up man with the waves/curls. I preferred her lose hair for the Mata ki Chowki. That look was different but still had Saumyas essence intact.

Another question- is this production house taking a different strategy visa a vis giving BTS. Hardly any segments or spoilers from SBS/ SBB and the likes. I appreciate that.

Could be the family wanting her to dress up nicely as well because it's some wedding ceremony.

I mean talking from personal experience when my cousin was getting married, my mom was adamant that I get my hair done. I have very fine, sleek black hair. Nothing lasts in it. It curls and becomes waves naturally from the bottom, but nothing stays in it. But because she forced me I went and got it styled. They spent like 2 hours on my hair, pressing it out, hair spraying it to death, putting clips and pins everywhere and about 2 hours later because of the humidity and my hair's stubbornness, everything slid right now and my hair went back to its normal style. But I did it. And I wasn't even the one getting married.

It could be the same on ITV. I'm guessing a lot of girls do it even if they don't want to.

The last daily soap I watched was Katha Ankahee. But I watched it after it stopped airing so I binged it and was done with super soon. (it had ~ 200 epis) Because I liked the leads so much- I tried to see Adnans new show called Mannat which was starting to air right around when I caught up with Katha and man was I disappointed or what. Total nonsense show hai.

Before that, I probably saw KYY. Again caught up with it after it had stopped airing 😆

And maybe usse pehle the actual current show I saw in real time was NBTNMKK. 😂

Samjhna aur uspe kuch karna alag baatein hoti hain. Uske lecture mein usne yeh nahi kaha tha ke khud ke undar baatein nahi rakh sakte ho. He probably knows but doesn't say or show anything.

Oh I watched like the first 15 episodes of KA. I think I stopped watching when he asked her to sleep with him for the money and she agreed.

Sony has some good stuff though. Usually....
