Then there won't be any complains of transparency in electoral process since even Europeans will also be voting and they will also get to choose a fair and just prime minister. Perhaps then some people running some Swedish institution will consider rating our democracy no.1... who knows right??

This is what India haters want. They don’t care for Indians or their well being. They just want unrest in India, so that Country’s economy collapses, people kill each other, and 70 years of hard work go down the drain. and they happily move to their next target country to destroy.

I am quoting since you mentioned who will we select as next representative.

You or I don't decide who is going to be the next PM of India. its the collective decision. I will gladly accept whoever becomes the next PM that is only if the voting is transparent and fair. its a democracy. No one can remain a PM forever. PMs will come and go. also its not right to disclose who we are going to vote for. its our constitutional right to privacy.

If the voting is rigged in favour of bjp, then there is no point in electing a representative. just stop the facade of voting if its always rigged in their favour by unfair means.

The suspicion is because you clearly have never been to election counting venue

1 India is not America where 2 or 3 candidates are there, We have 30-100 candidates in each constituency, sometimes less

All candidates go to counting room

2 Elections are handled by central government employees being nodal officers, Returning officers and managing multiple polling stations while state government officers/teachers/professors handle everything else

3 EVMs are locked with sign and seal of all candidates, and opened in front of everyone, it is easy to tell if there was tampering because you can see the signatures

4 Agents of every candidate sit inside election room next to EVMs with voter's list, names are called out to mark the person who has voted

Lastly, TMC had 45 days to file complaint, they didn't do it, why?

If I say I am going to file a complaint against you, would you take that as a proof of your guilt?

TMC should have filed a complaint, they chose not to, simply because raising questions against election system after participation is them being sore losers

Why do you think that people don't want Modi in 12 years but suddenly Mamata being CM for 15 years wouldn't face voter's wrath?

See this, you are saying there should be limit but then you are supporting 71 years old and suggesting that she couldn't have been voted out by voters after 15 years of being their chief minister

I don't support Mamata. she has many flaws. but still better than Modi. She held meetings with the students after RG kar case. even though she actually didn't do much about it. will Modi ever do that? hold meetings with students?

I still have my suspicion on evm.

the age thing slipped my mind. but nobody should remain PM/CM after 70. maybe TMC was not fit for governing WB but bjp is no better with their dictator like ideologies.

the CM of wb said bjp will remain in power for next 100 years. on what basis is he saying that? 100 years is a long time. what if some other regional or national level party emerges in between? how is he so sure about winning every time? if bjp is winning through manipulation only then they can make such statements.

I don't support tmc or any political party. I am only pointing out both parties are atrocious. so wb is not going to flourish under bjp rule. its going to be pretty much the same or worse than tmc.
