Not the actual students but miscreants throwing stones at police, vandalising properties and planning attacks on parliament talking about turning india into nepal and bangladesh are ghatiya people.
I am guessing kangana was talking about such ghatiya people and their defenders.
bold: Maybe... it would have been nice to clarify which kind of people she meant... because sometimes "miscreants" are used/employed to give an excuse to the police to get violent against protesters... the protest clearly was determined as a peaceful one which got respeced by the police before Amit Shah replaced the then chief of Delhi police by a not so peaceful-loving one which immediately resulted in not-peaceful methods (new chief the 17th, forcibly taking away a protest-idol on a hungerstrike the 18th, placing a lorry with stones in the right size for getting thrown and two damaged cars in the vicinity, employing goons as quasi-police people to prepare a tumultuous and violent 'meeting' with genuine and fake protesters...)... such things happened/happen in other countries, too, where the government wasn't /isn't interested in honest and serious discussions with students/young people and the state-made problems they faced/face...
