Since yesterday’s episode, a new idea has been coming to my mind about where Mihir could be.

My theory is based on the assumption that the writers are consistent (a very high expectation I know) and logical (another far fetched assumption I know)

Mihir could be somewhere - where he either can’t or not in a physical condition to contact anyone unless someone contacts him (it’s clear Karan and Gautam may be in contact with him)

But so far what we know or can assume -

- AU probably had some problems with the earlier script for Mihir’s return (it could have been another affair or something or some medical condition) - he probably refused those scripts

- Mihir left to US because of a fire in Karan’s factory

- And yesterday I felt that Karan now loves Mihir more than ever before!

That got me thinking - is it more love - or is it gratefulness?

Could it be that the fire case went wrong and got converted to a criminal case and

Mihir is in jail ( in stead of Karan - just as Tulsi did for Nandini)

I must say both of your theory assumptions are nice but keeping the writers in mind we are expecting way too much, I am just hoping they don’t ruin Mihir this time in a way to whitewash others.

Yes i too have 0 trust on writers and their brains. I said earlier that I’ve been waiting for mihir eagerly but now I’m dreading his return.

This was just a thought I had from last night’s episode. and my hope (whatever minuscule it is) is based on news reports abt AU not liking scripts for his return so rejecting in addition to fee/payment issues
But correct - let’s not expect too much from the writers Ekta and team

The episodes are boring, the script is stupid but the acting saves the day. Hiten and Smriti truly have a wonderful chemistry together and I loved watching their scene yesterday.

It was clear that Tulsi’s lashing out at Karan when she said that he was Mandira’s son and his restrained - are you hearing yourself, what you just said - told us everything you we needed to know about the situation with Mandira in this season. She likely got pregnant unknowingly when Mihir had lost his memory but probably tried to use her son as a weapon to make Mihir accept her. Karan obviously feels no love, respect or even longing for her.

Tulsi underestimated the damage she did to Karan perhaps because she said what happened to you, did you once think calmly about the situation? He has thought about nothing but that incident is very clear, there’s certainly a part of him that has arrived at the conclusion that matches the reality but he’s yet to accept it because the reality doesn’t make sense from his perspective. His son can’t be a monster though Tulsi was trying to paint him as such in his final days.

The most interesting part about the episode yesterday was that Saahil realised that Karan and Gautam may have their differences but they are in on this together. They’re the only two people who know about Mihir’s whereabouts and in this the brothers are united though no one else knows it. The scene where Tulsi was taking everyone to task yesterday had that interesting shot where Tulsi didn’t see Karan standing outside when he and Gautam shared a quiet mutual glance of understanding. Saahil was interestingly sat in the middle of the two and we see him having an epiphany of what the glance means when he looks between his two brothers. I think Saahil will try to get the truth out to help Tulsi secretly.

Very interesting theory and the parallels would be amazing but I wonder how would Gautam be willing to accept this and keep mum? I mean I understand Karan being silenced by Mihir as Mihir justifies taking the fall for his son but Gautam wouldn’t be easily persuaded to let Mihir suffer for Karan’s sake.

Exactly what I too was thinking- but this is where Ekta’s fave “Kasam” trope comes into pic - Mihir ne dono ko kasam de Dee hogi!

But again nothing explains - how Gautam would be okay with the hate letters to Tulsi in Mihir’s name? Yesterday he looked very uncomfortable when tulsi was questioning everyone

And really Smriti Hiten have great chemistry, I really want to see them offscreen together once

The best part is that they’re balancing the sides because while we know as audience that Tulsi is innocent but we also can see where Karan is coming from when you can just imagine his situation. He’s a man grieving a loss no parent can get over and a son feeling betrayed and devastated by the blow coming from the person he loves the most in this world.

Tulsi asks him to hit her and he can’t do that. She asks him in all the ways she can about Mihir and he denies to answer her and when she lashes out at him by using the most barbed arrow in her quiver - his response - the way he goes I am no one’s child but my father’s, especially when he questions her if she can hear herself gives Tulsi the first glimpse into the hurt she has caused him beyond the hate and disgust. I think it hits her then just how below the belt her barb was and you see the look on her face when Karan nearly feels like he’s crushed.

I wish to see these two together a lot because they bring out the best in each other and I would love to see them doing a comedy together because Smriti is excellent even in comedy and Hiten is infamous as a prankster as even the new actors on the show have attested. The genres flipping can be such a delight if the script is good and the rest of the cast is also just as excellent.

Has anyone noticed, Tripti was talking about Anjar. Does this mean Gautam will ensure Anjar Haveli which he converted to Hotel be sold to Tripti, in order to recover the losses.

Second point, since she is referring Anjar, is she having any connection with Vaishnvi by any chance??

Third, I vaguely remember once Parth was referring Vaishnvi a US return. Recently Tulsi mentioned Vaishnvi's parents died in accident or something.
