No the numbers will be different each day.

Yes. Let's suppose 20 people want sudoku and sudoku had 3 numbers associated with it, all 20 people will receive the same 3 numbers.

15-20 minutes!! I think I spent one hour on round 1. And to think of it, round 1 was actually easy when you understand it.
