I saw this one about some political slogan. I must read about the topic. I don't know anything about it.

Look at the entitlement here. Even after the goalkeeper protested and the referee talked to him about not blocking the keeper (which he should called a foul instead explaining to the player like he’s a two year old child who doesn’t understand the rules of the game) he continues to block the keeper and of course they get away with it like everything else. Yet some people will look you in the eye and say this team is NOT favored by FIFA.

I can't imagine the hard work Shreya has put in this game. And I hope her fav team wins. smiley4

My fav team changes each time, but Germany and Netherlands are usually up there. This year I was rooting for Cape Verde and Egypt but both got out early unfortunately.

Ab bas itni icha hai ke Argentina naa jeete. Spain kuch miracle kar ke jeet jaaye. smiley27

Thanks for sharing. This explains a lot. Also the copying and honoring those shirts and now also carrying the political slogan around.

I think perhaps the players should have refrained from all this and kept it about football and their victory on the field.

I have read some comments under the post which shows the thoughts of some and the intensity of it.

Yeah I saw this too and thought later like why there is no consistency. Later you will see the referee blows his whistle because the GK Argentina needs protection as being surrounded too much by attackers. Too bad because that could have been a chance to score.

Like when to stop the game and intervene and when not. Why the referee and also VAR waited so long to give yellow cards and when he did start of course then with England. The elbowing in the face/neck.. The almost strangling. These were clear fouls too.

Refs task is also difficult... But VAR didn't do much to make the difference...

Some countries apparently can't be in the same group in preliminary rounds.
