So in this season no bhoomi so, aditya gujal was not murdered may be he still alive with a twist aur kya pata real kn son with him and the son of tanya/ or a twin brother of parth is with parvati

It explains why they avoided showing him with Nandini post the revelation of her assault after Rio was in SN posing as Ansh; they had Samaira in the scene but not Parth, not even as a distant bystander. We all questioned his absence that day but it wasn’t an error but a deliberate choice.

He had seen how violently Tulsi had fought him, so even without the gun Nandani could have fought him, however he never thought that his mother can actually kill him.

IMO a part of the reason why Parth chose Rio his scapegoat was also because he didn't want to see his mother being subjected to him, so probably he thought two targets from a bullet.

See even the biggest of patriarchal societies/religions do over glorify mothers. Nazi Germany is biggest example. This mother glorification isn't because they truly feel motherhood is a blessing, but only because for them mother is a tool to propagate misogyny. According to them the role of their mother was to bear children for father and raise them. You might for example see a lot of people now claiming their mothers were last generation of innocent women.. This respect for them is only restricted towards their own mother and not society as a large . .

I don't know if makers intended to show that, but I personally felt it like Parth was similar. He didn't respect Nandani as a woman and went across to say even crap about her, but he did love or even probably respect Nandani as his mother. So he didn't attack her the way or tried to shove her away like he did to Tulsi. Tulsi wasn't his grandmother., but his father's step mother. Nandani was his own mother (even if he is Tanya's son, still not sure, he doesn't know that). So he didn't go to that extent with her.

Remember Ansh had slapped Tulsi the first day she confronted him.

Parth didn't do that and was even sure that Nandani wouldn't expose his crimes

Bhoomi doesn't exist this season.

But about your question, IIRC Viranis were still living in SN when Aditya died. I think his death caused the transfer to not happen

About Parth he used to own the property of Ba in Gujarat that he later sold to Parvati, so SN that Aditiya Gujral tried to claim.

It is much bigger shock for a victim who still fears her culprit, see someone they love unconditionally turning into into same.. Also Tulsi had at least a console that she couldn't raise Ansh, had she done that he might have been better, Nandani doesn't even have that.

And more over Tulsi got revealed to his evil side much before, she had been slowly being prepared mentally. Nandani had to see and comprehend everything in one go. Just a day back she was fighting that her son could never be back..

In case Nandani loses her mental balance, and Tulsi to protect her takes the blame, then there is no one to testify for her. Vaishnavi might say that Parth tried to violate her but Karan after losing Parth and nearly Nandani might not believe. Aside she doesn't know that Nandani killed Parth. Same with Rio if he survives. (I don't think he will survive because to justify a slaying, they will show at least one murder by the Mahisasur)

Samaira is already mentally weak. Her mother's condition and brother's death might either break her, or she might go ashtray like Bhoomi.

Seeing all these Karan might hate Tulsi.

It’s kinda hard to guess at this point what they’ll go with in one episode until the leap happens tomorrow because I don’t think they’ll unravel the mystery tonight itself. Maybe Tulsi ends up in jail and Nandini in asylum as you said she loses her mental balance and that’s where Niyati digs her claws in and behaves as Karan’s wife again and perhaps they both bond over the death of their sons. Rio was also a foster son of Karan’s so he would perhaps be very vulnerable and find solace in Niyati who is also suffering and they both grow close again because they are there for each other. It might partially explain the divided house post leap we see in the promo. Maybe Niyati is the one to egg and fuel Karan on about the fate of their sons being Tulsi’s doing and also how witnessing the death of Parth caused Nandini to lose her mind. Tulsi might be shown picking up the gun at some point that got her fingerprints on it and it was enough to put the blame on her for the 2 deaths.

Whatever be the case, they made Nandini the most tragic character of the show no questions asked. She now knows what it is like to be the victim and the saviour in this scenario and there’s absolutely nothing worse than that. Her case is tragic because like you said she found out about Parth and had to react almost in no time to save Vaishnavi because she couldn’t let another woman suffer what she did, not even at the hands of her own son, especially at the hands of her own son if she could help it.

Nandini ended up proving that like Tulsi she too had no ill intentions towards anyone and she was just defending what/who she believed was right. So long as she felt her son was being vilified for no reason and had been treated abominably for no fault of his she defended him fiercely but when she saw him being the very monster she knew well enough, she pulled the trigger on him.

What makes the tragedy worse is now she’s going to question everything she did to raise him and where she went wrong. What did she miss and what could she have done differently. Did Parth have such thoughts owing to the company he kept which she failed to judge properly, was it the content he consumed? Was it something she or Karan had at any point said or did or implied? What was the reason and how did she miss it? How did she not see and notice her son was capable of being so monstrous? Look at her face when Parth tells her he killed Rio for her as she hated him. He simultaneously told her that he killed an innocent man (of sorts) just because she hated his face as it resembled his dead dad’s but would then go onto accuse her character and question whether she was truly a victim of abuse or lying.

The questions she has would plague her every moment of the day and absolutely ruin her sanity. To be reminded of the worst trauma of your life repeatedly is one thing, to watch your own child become the very monster you loathe and hope to see burn in hell for an eternity is the kind of stuff that can make anyone lose their mind.
