Karan wouldn’t be able to accept the truth if he’s told because he believes he raised his son right and never saw this side of him.

At the time of Mihir Ansh, it was only Tulsi and Karan Nandani who said what Ansh was doing. Mihir has always felt that Karan Nandani are over exaggerating against Ansh as they love each other while Tulsi has just gone paranoia against him..

Here that's not the case, Karan knows that Nandani loves Parth. She even got him the POA, fought with the entire family for this. So I don't find any reason why he wouldn't believe if Nandani says that Parth had turned this way. He might still doubt Tulsi Vaishnavi (or even Rio if he survives) but not believing Nandani is still a bit out of question I think..

Unless they show something like Nandani loses her mental balance after all these things.. Think of it Tulsi's situation was still better than Nandani's.

Tulsi was never herself a victim. Her husband had loved her throughout, even with issues he never liked imposed his superiority on him. Nandani had been a victim who still feared that dreadful past. And now she was seeing her own son whom she loved most her life turning into that very person. It is much bigger shock for a victim who still fears her culprit, see someone they love unconditionally turning into into same.. Also Tulsi had at least a console that she couldn't raise Ansh, had she done that he might have been better, Nandani doesn't even have that.

And more over Tulsi got revealed to his evil side much before, she had been slowly being prepared mentally. Nandani had to see and comprehend everything in one go. Just a day back she was fighting that her son could never be back..

In case Nandani loses her mental balance, and Tulsi to protect her takes the blame, then there is no one to testify for her. Vaishnavi might say that Parth tried to violate her but Karan after losing Parth and nearly Nandani might not believe. Aside she doesn't know that Nandani killed Parth. Same with Rio if he survives. (I don't think he will survive because to justify a slaying, they will show at least one murder by the Mahisasur)

Samaira is already mentally weak. Her mother's condition and brother's death might either break her, or she might go ashtray like Bhoomi.

Seeing all these Karan might hate Tulsi.
