It seems to be the 'best' word to describe the movie smiley2

Welcome to the Jungle review

So, for those who like logical movies, thought provoking movies, message movies - please kindly ignore this review!

I saw the movie and my face hurts for laughing so much. The movie is exactly what I personally needed on a summer afternoon.

The storyline is what the trailer had shown so no need to go into detail. The major factor of this movie turning out well, is that the actors involved are so good that they make the average scenes so watchable - whether thats by dialogue delivery or by their facial expressions. When Kiran Kumar starts to speak a strong version of Urdu, keep an eye on Akshay's facial expression, my God!

Its an Akshay Kumar show all along, one of the best comedy heroes I have ever seen from India, certain moments of the way he handles the situation, BRILLIANT!

The other male cast members know what movie they are in - we have legends like Johnny Lever, Paresh Rawal, Rajpal Yadav, Arshad Warsi - who are just a pleasure to watch in any film.

Raveena was the standout amongst the ladies, of course she had the serious role but she was really good in this. Disha did her part well and Jacqueline I loved as the bimbo lol very cute.

I am a 90s kid, so I dont really like Jackie Shroff as a villain, I've always seen him as a hero and that will always be the case.

Sunil Shetty feels a little rusty, may be because he has not been in a big film like this for a while. Maybe after one or two films he will get his mojo back.

The songs are nice, placed correctly in the movie. A little disappointed that the 'O Mere Balam' was not in the movie because from the promotional material the makers put out, that was the best song!

Ahmed Khan gets a lot of hate but over the years I have seen him direct Lakeer, Fool N Final, Baaghi 2 and Welcome to the Jungle - I dont think he is a bad director, infact when he has a multi starcast he handles it well, as he does here.

Overall, I enjoyed this movie, laughed a lot, had a good time at the cinema. If you were to give it a try, make sure you are listening to each and every dialogue.
