Smiti ji rocks as tulsi with jai jai durge bgm. Vaishnavi is superb in her acting as wife getting m. R. Totally brutal episode.
Watched the episode and I think it was more of a second chance for Tulsi to do what she couldn’t do back then and save a girl finally.
But acting wise I wasn’t impressed.
Parth legit screaming he would do MR was actually kinda weird. Ansh was evil because he was doing what he did without needing to sound like he’s up to date with the lingo of the day. This was a poor attempt to replicate the horror of the episode wherein they even matched scenes with the previous season’s dreaded episode.
What I hated the most in the episode was the return of that BG music more than anything.
Parth strangling Tulsi was perhaps the only original part of this episode, and while he tried his best with his brute strength somehow there was no impact on me as a viewer because I didn’t buy this escalation of his already weirdly placed out of nowhere 180. Had Ansh done this exactly, I am sure it would’ve freaked me out more and even if I knew Tulsi would survive because duh… I would’ve been scared for her. Here I felt no fear for Tulsi at all.
I maybe an odd one here but I felt the episode was a bummer.
I absolutely agree. They were trying too hard and it showed.
Back then they didn’t try and what they did had an impact without them having Ansh mouthing off like he couldn’t stop yapping.
I am not watching this episode
They are trying at length to show Parth as a parallel to Ansh by reminding that horror.
This is just because they made Parth evil out of nowhere and till now viewers weren't completely able to mentally adjust to this shift..
Good thing I stopped watching it.. And Rio isn't here so he is going to be after leap...
Maybe he has gone to tell Karan Nandani who would come exactly at the time Tulsi kills Parth..
And my guess was right they did play Jai Jai Jai Mahishasur Mardani
it felt more like a mockeryOriginally posted by: EkPaheli

It was really sick
I was initially hoping the track gives TRP so that they bring back the actor (like they repeatedly do to Ansh) but now I want this week's TRP should go further down
Today it felt like Kyunki writers are suffering from the same problem as Bollywood where they’re so out of creativity and originality that they keep on milking the same thing that worked 20 years ago and think the audience will still lap it up if it did it back then especially if the same cast is included, particularly the lead.
This felt somewhat like a Deja Vu of watching an Akshay Kumar or an Ajay Devgn movie nowadays where they’re simply working on sequels of something or reviving something like a blast from the past to extend their career’s fast approaching expiry date hoping against hope that whatever they do sticks.
When something is new and original, even if it is horror, it sticks, it stays in your mind for the novelty of it, sometimes for the audacity of it. But for something to be so exceptional to generate excitement even after decades it has to be an extraordinary experience that people immediately feel a sense of adrenaline.
Kyunki S1 is in the same league in terms of TV as one might think of as Sholay, DDLJ, or amongst the newbies the Dhurandhar duology. People can come back to it and do so even when they know the beats of the story by heart and still enjoy the ride like they did the first time. It’s inexplicable but I’m sure that the sentiment I want to convey is understandable.
This season is already like one of those Golmaal sequels no one asks for and today’s episode was a clear attempt to milk something that back in the day made sure that Kyunki was the talk of the town everywhere, but today it felt more like trying too hard rather than back then when it opened up discussions on a taboo subject in such an organic way that we were compelled to discuss what was perhaps one of the most heinous and yet private aspects of life. They gave us a journey where we felt we had to talk about something like this without forcing us to do it, today they are including topics on this show like they’re trying to tick of some checklist of issues that are important to discuss for women’s rights but feel so forced in narrative and bizarre that they lose impact when they should be starting conversations.
I really hope the TRP this week further reduces. .
Can't they have Tulsi killing him for some other crime.
I mean in anger he could have tried killing Vaishnavi and Tulsi saved...
Why bring the same thing.
How many times will they milk the same Ansh plot
bruh if bjp wants to bring law against MR they just need to put it in sansad. why this backwards routeOriginally posted by: Swetha-Sai
