Parth is torturing her like anything and is also threatening for her parents. Maybe Rio will convince Tulsi and Vaishnavi to let Tulsi take the blame

Aside Parth hasn't even asked her to do anything for him, which might give a reason on why marrying her was important. He is just using violence against her and asking her to keep shut. Maybe he will force her to sign something tomorrow which Tulsi might see.

Parth turning evil was fine but his behaviour towards Vaishnavi is feeling so forced and without a reason... When it came to Ansh we were able to understand that he will incite terror, but for Parth it seems out of nowhere...

Same is his relationship with Rio. Fine they understood that both of them have their agendas and hence decided to partner, but that was all, Parth is behaving like Rio is his best friend with whom he has to discuss take advice in everything... This out of nowhere reminds me of Duryodhana of Sid Putra Karna oops I mean Suryaputra Karna

I never watched Suryaputra Karna because I felt like the production quality was shabby from the first look and then found out that it was simply a show that was a fanfic which got made into a TV show but had nothing to do with the reality.

Parth turning evil was just too random. Even if he had to be shown as this dual faced guy, they should have been a built up . Neither his behaviour regarding the property nor his behaviour towards Vaishnavi makes sense. I guess they wanted to flip the script and show that evil can come out of anywhere, just like Tulsi had an evil child so did Karan and Nandini, which fine. But the core issue is that we had a logical explanation for why Ansh was the way he was and why he was so obsessed with Nandini even though he had barely met her, the show literally set up Raj Bhasin as a character and had Kesar’s hidden assault and pregnancy before we even got to the point where Tulsi found out she had a son who was kidnapped and she had been raising her nephew as her son.

We could see what made Ansh who he was and expected nothing better when we got to know he had been raised by a criminal. But here what motivates Parth is beyond any explanation or understanding. There was no setup or foreshadowing let alone any point to any of this. Parth could have remained the good son and person he was and still been killed, not like good young men don’t die. Rather these days it’s not uncommon for seemingly healthy young men to drop dead suddenly from a heart attack that no one anticipated. Kyunki going down that route would’ve been more shocking and tragic while addressing a real life parallel, but for reasons beyond understanding they felt like sending Tulsi to jail again was awesome!
