I think both karan-nandini will be seen.

I was really missing hiten-gauri's on-screen pairing ,so i was thrilled when karan-nandini made their re-entry . But unfortunately their chemistry was not utilized well at all.

First during the nyona track , they were shown just fighting with each other .Then they were given those pathetic tracks with rio and parth , which hardly included 3, 4 consoling couple scenes for them . And now they have even turned them against tulsi.

Maybe they r testing the audience reaction. Karan is known as a mama's boy, while nandini & ganga r called tulsi's most positive bahus. Nandini was even ready to sacrifice her unborn child to mandira's condition just to tulsi's life .

In his introduction scene where they show the flashbacks of Karan calling him to come and give Baa property. His expression there was weird when Karan tells him that. It felt like he wasn’t happy and was going to be a negative character, but then he was positive. So we thought okay we misunderstood him and makers just showed him this way for few secs so we think he’s negative, but they were just tricking us and he’s actually positive and good. So either makers always planned for him to be negative and that’s why they showed him that way in his intro or this turn in his character is a sudden change and was decided now. Aside when he had already sold it and got the money then what exactly was this "I was forced to give my property" then to its simple he has done the business transaction. If Om Parvati gave it to Tulsi then that's a different story... He has already got it...

If the haveli is being renovated by a person who owns some heritage hotel chain it makes sense because Kutch has a very thriving tourist base particularly in the winters for the road to heaven and the Rann Utsav. Parth can genuinely acquire crores for his property if it’s well located and huge enough.

The problem isn’t his inclination to sell the property per se, the issue is there was no build up to it.

The whole thing is just too stupid. They made it seem like he transferred the POA to Parvati, which essentially means he gave her administrative power to do whatever she feels fit with the place and run it as she sees fit. Giving POA is not done when you sell the property itself, it happens when you still are the owner but you gave the power to do whatever can be legally done with that place to another person.

In a sale, there’s sales agreement, payment has to be made to the seller, if there’s any broker we also have brokerage charges to pay to the firm/person. Parvati and Om had the POA but they apparently charged 1 rupee to give back the will and the property papers to Tulsi in lieu of the property.

The payment should’ve not been shown as the price of the property but the “fees” paid by the Viranis to the Aggarwals for being the caretakers of the property for as long as they were.

Due to the way he is behaving

He is doing domestic violence on Vaishnavi, hitting and demeaning her. Even when Vaishnavi tried to ask him where he was on their first night, he said that she might have got confused that he isn't with her because she slept and that they should get into doing what they couldn't at night while definitely Vaishnavi was in some other mood. When she denied he got angry and left

Aside if Tulsi is to kill Parth it has to be some big reason. She wouldn't kill him just because he wants to sell Virani properties so he needs to do something pathetic, hence I think MR
