Tulsi turned to Dhritarasthra once again in blind folded love for Reyansh! and ready to repeat her mistake once again, people learn from their mistake and try not to repeat bit Tulsi she never learns from her mistake and repeats it all again. She got Gautam married to Ganga when he was just trying to settle in SN ,she then got Nandini marry to Ansh who has just come in SN and once again she is going to get Vaishnavi marry to Reyansh who has just come, Tulsi didn't knew any of them properly, their intention! The most laughable one is when Reyansh was telling he respects women, and Tulsi believes really? So according to Tulsi the trash talk he did with Nandini isn't character assassination but it was respect to women who is like his mother as her husband has raised her, forget slap Tulsi didn't utter a word then, also when Damini is character assassinating Nandini who herself was is in love with one brother married to another brother and was taking revenge with whole family, Tulsi was listening silently! Why?? When it comes to Nandini's dignity why Tulsi is silent? Is that because she feels guilty killing her r*pist son for Nandini or in her subconscious mind she has that Karan is Mandira's son and she has done huge favor by accepting him which she keeps ranting every now and Then! I see know other reason for her silence for not speaking for Nandini but boldly defending Vaishnavi! Totally disappointed with Tulsi and the writers!!!
This is not Dhritrashtra but Bhism Pitamah mode. The history of Mahabharata hinges on two incidents that occurred due to Bhisma Pitamah to a large extent.
In the first incident, he kidnapped the 3 princesses of Kashi from their Swayamvar - Amba, Ambika and Ambalika - for his younger half-brother Vichitraviraya. We know Amba would later reincarnate as Shikhandi to avenge herself and be the reason why Bhisma Pitamah could get killed.
He would again force Gandhari and her sisters, all of whom were forced to marry a blind Dhritrashtra again owing to Bhisma Pitamah. Gandhari especially was seen as an important bride to have so as to ensure that the lineage would continue considering Vichatraviraya had died without issues and the 3 men considered his sons were born owing to the boon of Ved Vyasa.
In both instances, Bhisma Pitamah believed he was doing the right thing and we all know how that ended up. Yesterday we literally had a figment of Tulsi’s imagination pop up as Savita who justified her actions and decisions as right despite the history and the current circumstances proving otherwise.
Dhritrashtra and Bhisma both were blinded in their own ways. The difference was that Bhisma believed he was right no matter what he did and Dhritrashtra didn’t care about being wrong but did what he wanted to do anyways because he felt like he was owed things as life had been unfair to him as he was born blind and therefore if he couldn’t be the one to get the fruits of the compensation, his children deserved them at least.
Tulsi can be equated to Bhisma Pitamah more than Dhritrashtra because she’s not trying to cash in some kind of victim card here but genuinely believes her decisions are right no matter what and SN can’t run without her much like Bhisma wouldn’t stop believing that Hastinapur needed him always and would keep running thanks to him always.
