This is a confusing trailer. Like are we talking a threesome, a kabab mein haddi, a LGBT angle, a one-night stand, an affair behind Diya's back, or something else?

I already wasn't sure about this movie and this trailer has added to that doubt.

looks great but, Saif was something else in these kind of films. you really see the difference despite Shahid being good

I am looking forward to see a romcom in theater. I think shahid and kriti had great chemistry in teri baaton mein...but her I like shahid rashmika chemistry.

Finally watched it a few times but still the trailer is mysterious what is the story is all about. The trailer showed everything yet nothing was shown.

So its still confusing whether its a normal love triangle, LGBT angle, situationship,cheating & ONS, affair, open relationship or threesome. All the options are open😂

Coming to Cocktail vibes in Cocktail 2. I don't understand the vibes,what kind of vibes people are discussing that is missing because according to me,characters are different so does the story. OG always have vibes because its first time,its unique but wanting the same vibe in a sequel,its impossible because its a fresh cast and story. They bring their own vibe & chemistry. So comparing OG vibe to sequel for a ROM-COM, its impossible.

Now people,are comparing Saif Deepika Diana Penty characters with Shahid Kriti & Rashmika. As what i said the characters are different, Saif was goofy, confused and also cassanova flirty types but Shahid character is different he is mature & sorted. Diana was calm & composed as she comes from a small town while Rashmika is a big town girl herself thus she is calm at the same loud too. Kriti & Deepika gives the same vibe bindaas bold & free spirited. Shahid-Rashmika has college love story while Saif-Deepika has no strings attached relationship. So the atmosphere and premises is different.

The dialogues well i don't understand Gen Z language about relationships because relationship does not have a expiry date unless you want a expiry date. Relationship is all about working it together,if after many years togetherness if the spark is missing & life is boring,you just don't leave & jump onto another,you will try to work it out,try to bring back the spark. If only it really does not work than that relationship have expiry date. The world has changed so does generation,for Gen Z they think more on practical side. If this one does not work than break up ,divorce. But life and relationship is more than what you visualise about it. Relationships Marriage Love is all about choices. Its part of life not heart of life.

The story here is more about comfort(rashmika) & excitement(kriti). In the end everyone in life wants only comfort more than excitement. They want to sleep with comfort & peace at the end. Excitement looses spark at one point of time and when that spark ends,you have to run back to your old comfort to sleep in peace

Here the catfight is between comfort v/s excitement. Just because relationship loose spark and it has become old does not mean,you jump onto excitement. You have to work on it to sustain the relationship

Kunal(Shahid)-Diya(Rashmika) is comfort & Kunal(Shahid)-Kriti(Ally) is excitement

I agree even me too. I like shahid-rashmika more than shahid-kriti. They share a great chemistry,they have a natural chemistry. Would love to see them cast on another ROM-COM.

As per cocktail 2, if there is no LGBT angle than Kunal-Diya are in love and both are college sweethearts. They befriends with Ally & she falls in love with Kunal. She plots & plan in a comical way to separate them

Rashmika did mention in the launch that Diya is a overthinker. Maybe it could be nothing between Kunal-Ally and she overthinks & mistaken trying to bring Kunal-Ally closer.

If there is a LGBT angle than we know as per speculation Ally is in love with Diya & she is jealous to see Diya-Kunal together. Seriously this will be bizzarre plot

The songs are banger. Sure shot winner & Tumhi Ho Bandhu my iconic fav elevate the album even more. It was a surprise i did not expect Tum Hi Ho Bandhu. It was a beautiful surprise. Cocktail franschise is incomplete without Tum Hi Ho Bandhu
