@Nishita123 PR articles from ranveer's side have said that he has offered peace deals and that he is willing to settle this in court. You are free to believe that or not, that is your choice.

I'm convinced social media is filled with a bunch of housewives who've never signed a contract, have no idea how civil law works and how such disputes are settled which says a lot about me. I need a SM detox. 😔

A massive Lawsuit is coming, make no mistake, these are just the precursors that any Judge requires you to take.

Fathan has done all of the above, as he'll have to show the court if he expects to recover his losses. He's sent Scammer Singh letters, he's tried negotiating in good faith, he's tried alternative solutions, he's tried getting arbitration in the form of Producers Guild & FWICE. Nothing has worked, he's being ignored by Scammer Singh. The only alternative now will be to file a civil suite. Incoming!!!

Correct, his legal team is preparing for a lawsuit, as he has no intention of paying. Then they'll try to settle it out of court for a discount as 95-98% of Civil suites do.

Everything Farhan has done so far is leading to a Lawsuit, not instead of a Lawsuit....that Singh's fans keep claiming.

Okay so if thats the direction ranveer wants it to go to then thats his decision. You are the one claiming he is doing nothing, now you are saying him and his team are prepping for a lawsuit lol.

Ignoring your creditors is doing something.

We don't know what he wants but contractual disputes can only be handled in the court of law. So he really doesn't have any other options.

Reasonably speaking nobody wants to go to court. Not only is it long and expensive but its not good for your reputation as an actor or as a studio. More importantly, financial disputes could trigger official audits when the court demands receipts of the last 3 years from Excel.

A lawsuit will be filed in the next 3 months. They'll come to a settlement out of court. Most likely some financial compensation and a cut in Pralay, which I believe is Singh's home production because I don't think the "Standard" Money + "Work in a future project" will work for Farhan. I don't think he ever wants to work with Singh again.

The long term effects of these would be a lot more severe for both parties though. Lots of goodwill lost.
