There is no legal contract and no fee taken by Ranveer. That's why Farhan is not pursuing any legal action. That's why Ranveer is staying silent because he knows legally they can't do anything to him. Precisely why they are making a hue and cry about it in the media and trying to malign his image. It's pure bullying tactic and nothing else.

Ranveer did have massive creative differences after Dhurandhar and wanted to change the film a lot but him walking out is not some calamity like Farhan is making it out to be. It's part and parcel of Bollywood or any film industry for that matter.
