This is impossible but I would like to see him try, because like Swathi said alag gundagardi chalti hai. Ngl, some are fair, some are obnoxiously high. This is like helmet rule, no matter how many times it's implemented, people who disregard these rules are more.

All tbe autowalas around India doesn't go by meter.

Only good thing about Delhi is that due to Metros they can't do much dadagiri for long routes. & few places around every station has unsaid fixed rates due to a lot of autos and rickshaws around

Bihar me to Sirf Share about to hi chalta hai. It's like a bus or train. There are places to the auto wala travels to. You have to ask . When the vehicle fills up to its capacity which can be 3,4,6,8,10 (Depending upon auto size ). And the price is dirt cheap. Like 30 rs for 8 kms. Har jagah yahi system hai. If you want solo travel then the driver will quote his price and you can bargain. And very few drivers go solo which is called reserved here because they earn a lot more in share and fuel is used less too.
