I have alot to talk about, but I promise I will keep it short given these are old episodes and not many will care reading about them! I watched Mahasangram episode and also couple of after that!
I really feel writing was just so intelligent here that he managed to keep his cover despite everything happening right in front of his known ones!
And as you all said, these episodes were out and out Shiv/Parshuram centric, and believe me those were way more enjoyable than promotions, which focused on action blockbuster of two women.
I loved how, Shiv did not directly dictated Shalini what to do in the court but just guided her on consequences of doing something that's going to be wrong as mother and as a woman! It's purely her decision after that. Also, those bits where Neil had to control his anger as Shiv were so neat! Like seriously, Bhoomika did notice it, but that's it. He was out and out there giving back and standing up for Shalini's confidence.
The fact that Parshuram was controlling his anger and the whole action sequences was exceptionally amazing! And doing all this while maintaining the cover, and confidently leaving the Dixit house with his kids was commendable, he managed to keep his cover in front of Pihu too twice in the row- one by making her wear ear phones, and another by getting her doll married
. Also, I loved the way he confidently exited the house saying, "now, your house is criminal free, and you all are safe" was hilarious.
Regarding the promo, I am not against the idea, trust me, but it has to be within the flow. In the blockbuster, Shalini just had one punch and fight; rest all was done by Anjali; however, I feel bad for Shalini during these episodes. It did seem like she was just trapped from all sides. As expected, it was just a phone call assuring that her family is safe; and again she got to hear that credit was given to Parshuram
I am not against Shiv-Shalini, but when it comes to standing up for everything right fiercely, it's usually Parshuram; thought Shiv was also very strong this time while dealing with Dixits!
Best part was when Karan asked Shiv on "Who is Parshuram?"
I couldn't stop laughing. Nadini is wasting time in explaining Dixits on Shiv's wealth. Vile Dixits will never realize what Shiv has in terms of wealth - their own daughter left them for this man, and these idiots are still blinded by wealth and power.
Also, I need some more time to understand Shalini. I can feel bad for her, but what was so confusing about what should she stand up for. I feel it should have been a rocket science to choose to be on the right side. I find it difficult to digest Female Lead being so confused and caring towards her family, who she knows is supporting criminal. But this time, it wasn't Parshuram to convince her or be by her side, it was Shiv! Unlike during court, where she felt left alone, this time she was assured that Shiv is with her kids, who will keep him safe.
To me that's quite a growth as couple for them.
Episodes this week were really amazing. I am glad I caught up with most of them. I am yet to watch from Friday.
I am quite excited. But I will try to catch up with Friday and yesterday's episode too; let's see.
