Management didn't change; it is just that Dhoni used to manage things his way.

Remember how many players said that Dhoni asked them not to dive on the field after 2018?

He knew his resources and used them well; he was clear about no injuries.

Now, without him, everything is getting exposed.

Yes. I agree. MSD has won tournaments in all situations..with weakest bowlers...it's looking like different team without him..i think him being in field was such moral booster .so many times i have seen him changing player positions just before a wicket

No captain is better than him in keeping perfect field placement. It’s like he’s playing chess in cricket. How to bowl, where the player will hit & how can that convert into wickets. We have seen him encouraging bowlers to maintain their line and length, and that has invariably led to take wickets at crucial moments.

Worst part is that

This season our team wasn't even bad, yes less experience but expected our Captain and Dube, everyone else has stood up once.

We could have done wayy much better with this team, but still we are doing soo bad
