RIP Asha Bhosle. The world has lost a truly magnificent voice but her music will live on forever in our hearts.

Mangeshkar family’s contribution to Indian movie music, light and semi classical music is immense. No other family comes close to them.

Not many here know that she has sung some very beautiful Tamil movie songs in the 80s and 90s especially for music directors like Ilayaraja and AR Rahman. Even back then Tamil audience were amazed at her tamil diction and pronunciation. She is indeed very popular known for her unique voice. Sharing few here.
