She is paid for each episode when she appears. So if she has 1 min scene or 10 minutes scene in the episode, she will still be paid the same. Some of her scenes are shot separately and then inserted to the episodes due to her unavailability as she’s not present on the set during the shooting with others when those scenes are shot

I think the payment is based number of days she has to be on set not on number
