Looks like Screen awards has left no stone unturned to prove that they were the ultimate paragons of honesty, even if they have to hurt 99% of the fraternity....

My doubt about "honesty" started when none of even the 'technical' awards went to the Superboys of Malegaon...

... and Karan being among the 'Academy' jurors and Homebound winning best film also added to the doubting

Obviously, the Screen Awards got a heavily sponsored relaunch for a purpose... it didn't seem that most of the nominees took this award function (and its impetus) serious.

I don't think anybody is jealous of Dhurandhar. There's no wrong if people don't agree with certain views presented in the movie.

Ranveer or Dhar isn't the first to deliver a massive hit nor they're the last.

If Dhar can deliver it consistently then that's the thing to be jealous about, if Ranveer can deliver it consistently then that's the thing to be jealous about.

Dhar has Yami at home, beauty and talent so yeah that's sth to be jealous about too, Ranveer has Deepika at home, beauty and success and that's to be jealous about too.

It was just a joke, zakir obviously wanted to trigger industry folks, and looks like he succeeded. Western comedians have said way more personal stuff at award shows and the audience just laughs and takes it in good spirits. Just because zakir said this, it doesnt mean every single person is jelous of dhurandhar, its just an award shows joke by a comedian.

People should just ignore the joke and not react to it
