Very well deserving...And kudos to the Screen awards for trying to step up and set a new precedent, of trying to bring in some legitimacy to these awards and there by infusing a new life into these dying award shows...Hope eventually they come back alive to their previous glory!!!!

Yes...In fact 90% of the winners were absent - most of the Music award winners, Ahaan, Aneet...Since it was live, they couldn't add the sound effects I guess which made the audience look dead...They weren't cheering much for any awards as the winners weren't even present and one guy was collecting all the awards...It was really awkward to witness it as an audience, wonder how those who were present there might have felt..Other than Alia screeching incessantly and nervously in her shrill voice, not much cheering happened....lol...I guess these award shows have only themselves to blame for this thanda attendance...
