Yes..i feel And yesterday some commentator was also saying it's not looking like unit MSD made..his presence is so uplifting...seems they have excluded MSD from decision making or he has pulled himself back ..they said They have moved away from template that made them one of most successful teams in IPL ..don't know who is even taking decisions now

Back then pitches were neutral now a days they are more inclined towards batters so weak bowling never a issue plus our fileidng used to be good they were so perfect with executing Ms's game plan

Gaikwad Sanju Dube need to contribute overall team is good

They relay heavily on Ms even if he isn't playing may be after this season they will learn not to aoe they have to play without him in some years to come so they will improve in next one two matches

Coming to Rutu I feel captaincy pressure is holding him back like his batting tactics has been perfect even in his odi match his pairing with Kohli was highly praised how they look mirror to each other his form is needed then bowling nd fielding weakness needed to be adress we are not that horrible team like last yr...

Out batting is good.. but for once they should give chance to Urvil too

As Dhoni repeatedly used to use the word "intent" ..that intent matters the most and that's what makes all the difference...

CSK even in his worst phases used to always be a unit...a family...The way Bravo, Raina , Dhoni, watson etc used to hug and dance for eachother..have fun and enjoy on field so much..thats what CSK was for me....and that's what made those earlier comeback possible...

Recently Ash Anna said Ms has sidelined himself even they are not considering Ms much plus Ms wants Rutu to take decisions but but but Management nd Flem are overpowering him kind of they are not hearing Rutu's word

Even few yr back Raina said that Ms only suggest players now they picked players as per their choice

So I feel Raina Ashwin Ms are needed in management they can pick better players make strategy nd can help Rutu

I mean moving on doesn't mean you will abandon the very core that made you who you are today... moving on doesn't mean you would desert the principles,rules and certain values that worked so beautifully for you earlier....

Yes I agree ..u know i only admire one celebrity and that is MSD..I love his philosophy and try to use that in my life ...that don't focus on results..focus on process...stay calm and focus on next ball...I used to love his post match presentation...he was once asked half of ur team is injured how do u feel about that..he said what is point of thinking about that...i will focus on what i have in my hand ..the unit and how to get best out of them..do focus on doable and things under control .that he said focus on process and not result...once some bowler said that he said even if u are hit for 3 consecutive sixes focus on last ball .don't give up mid over..that last ball is what will make difference and more often than not it does ...CSK was kinda team who gave chances to people who no one would touch..look at Dube .the way he flourished in CSK..they don't throw out players after one bad match..the confidence Players felt in them when they played with CSK..so many of them said that CSK believed in them..any player u talk about as part of CSK always talks about CSK with fondness...thats why I can't wrap my head about fact that Jaddu is not part of CSK..it was different and that intent as u said rightly made all the difference
