Each member should have the intent to score runs . Atleast 20-30 runs each. In CSK there's only one unity - that one person doesn't do well and hits bad shots then all try to do the same - and fall like a pack of cards.

Rutu should have more enthusiasm on the field. Earlier MS was showing intent behind the stumps.

Dube acts like a junior member. He's senior n the team and should anchor innings and try to take singles and build the score. Unfortunately he thinks only 6 s will increase the score. He's lazy to run between wickets in CSK.

Jadeja knew his weakness and targeted him easily.

They literally are giving chances to young performing players like Sanju, Dube, Ayush etc.

These three played WC and performed well there.

Management mein, specifically Coaching team mein changes ki zarurat hai. It was easier earlier kyunki Dhoni was actively involved in reviewing process, par ab jab woh itna active nahi hai toh unko team par aur zyaada dhyaan dena chaahiye. Agar sahi guidance hi nahi doge aur ek inexperienced team se same expectations rakhoge toh team pressured bhi feel karegi aur koi khaas improvement bhi nahi dikhaayegi. Sirf bewakoofi
