The khans will always be superstars, they have left a legacy which will always be remembered, their movies, especially of the early 2000s and 90s, will be timeless. For me, they were present during the golden and best times of bollywood which unfortunately we will not get back again, we won't get films like k3g and Hum aapke hain kaun again, we won't get another range de basanti/dil chahta hai or Devdas again.

And with time, the khans have gotten older, and as people get older they are not able to do the same things as they did when they were younger, they can't do the same roles, thats just a fact, when ranveer and ranbir get older the same will happen to them, it's just a natural evolution and they have to rethink about what kind of roles they should do.

An actor who has successfully evolved through time is Amitabh Bachchan, at a certain point he accepted his age and played a father, a grandfather, played roles in movies like kalki, he is constantly experimenting with movies and roles.

Beautifully written.

Times, they are a-changing. This is bound to happen and is expected. They will still continue to be the legends who ruled over BW for multiple decades.

Now time to move on and let the next gen take over.

Hoping that they just don't stop to make movies...and that the new narrative doesn't affect their work smiley1

Of the 3, I really am not interested in seeing SK any more. He's totally done.

I find Aamir's movies also boring some times. That leaves only SRK. But I'm not a fan of his recent movies either. The last one that I actually liked was "Jab Harry Met Sejal" and "Raees" in 2017. So yeah, it's been a really long time since I've enjoyed an SRK movie too.

I think they need to act and make genuinely grounding movies and not chase 'we are stars' stuff.

About time..i mean a star like Ab Sr also accepted reality and transitioned into meaningful roles which might not have been lead roles..but what is happening with the likes of salman khan is just embarrassing to see..i mean look at his filmography and BO off late..sikander..kisi ka bhai..now his recent struggling to find a release date coz it keeps getting postponed due to 0 interest..

That is up to them..end like those ekta serials which dropped to pathetic trps and became laughing stocks or end like friends which ended at its peak and is regarded as one of the best shows till date. Keep your legacy or strip it to absolute shame..choice is yours..

However, i won't club all khans in this coz SRK is fu*king killing it..

Change is inevitable. I know and respect Dilipkumar, Devanand, Rajkapoor, Dharmendra, Rajendra kumar, Rajkumar etc. have seen few of their movies..mainly coz there was limited stuff to watch on tv..so whatever movies were being telecast, we watched. But m not a fan of those actors.

Khans were the superstars for my gen so theirs r the movies I’ve watched max. This is also the gen which is most active on IF.

But young gen simply refuses to watch old movies. Even 2000s is old for them..coz they’ve so much content to watch..which they can relate to. They know the Khans, Akshay, Ajay, even Dharmendraji..but aren’t fans.

AB Sr. is KBC wale uncle. Shakti kapoor is Shradhha kapoor ke papa, Rishi kapoor is RK’s papa..thanks to nepotism someone old is someone new’s mamma papa 😂.

So no surprise that earlier era is over..as always. But Khans can reinvent themselves like AB..there is enough work for everyone

they should play age appropriate roles. esp Aamir and Salman. SRK is the only one who is quite fit for his age.
