Whishing something changing into a more peaceful exchange is a vital wish for many, not something happening in a land that doesn't exist... since decennies, it more and more changed into something ugly, this wish...

Sorry, i know this reply was meant for someone else but i couldnt really understand what you were trying to say. Most of the time, your points arent very clear to me. It also didnt seem related to what the other person said.

Exactly. Iran US Israel thread me sirf terrorism aur uske root cause ko discuss karne pe rok hai (which is a major cause why this war even started).

Par usko chhod ke, yaha sab kuchh discuss karo..poori chhoot hai

I think this obviously will be the case in the entire Europe now.. The important question however is while they keep electing such anti islamic migration party at home, will they stop preaching us about religious harmony, bhaichara, not to have anti muslim bias, hug them, cuchiee coo them etc etc..

Honestly, I don't think that it is about opposing views but the way they are discussed and expressed... I also got my share of warning levels because I got too much into politics. I'm quite open when better keeping silent... that gave me the (false) stamp from other members that I would playing fake with what I tell about me...it's like with gossip... sometimes it's not easy to read all the stuff written about me but I learned to take it in a stride because it's not face-to-face... in a forum, it's like that - either one connects or one doesn't...

When it comes to discussions were religion or national politics are involved, emotions tend to get the upper hand...

Look, Clochette, i have no problem with you but i want to address this.

First of all, you are german and you are atheist or dont believe in religion, thats fine. Thats your perspective. I have no issue with it. You have your opinions and others have theirs. Secondly, this is india forums nd we dont have any problem with you or any other foreigners sharing their opinions here. Its a public forum, so no one has the right to tell you not to speak, you have that freedom.

Now, coming to the next point, according to you, you dont believe in religion and again thats completely fine. But here in India, many people’s daily lives are affected by terrorism linked to certain groups. You may not have faced it so you might not fully understand it but many people here have. Even those who havent directly experienced it are part of a country that has been dealing with terrorism for a long time. Naturally, they want to discuss it so why should that be a problem for you??

Secondly, if you say this war isnt about religion then i strongly disagree. For many people, it is connected to religion. Even if the USA isnt actually fighting against islamic terrorism (like they have their own interest like controlling oil reserves), israel, in particular, is fighting against what it considers islamic terrorism and extremism. That, in itself, gives people the space to discuss these aspects. You may not see it as a religious issue but for others, including israel, it is. So its not for any one person to decide what this war is about.

If you dont want to be part of discussions about terrorism or religious extremism, thats completely fine, just dont engage in those topics. You can continue discussing what interests you, like war related topics, and others can discuss what they want, including terrorism and extremism.

I hope thats fair. There is no harm in keeping distance from topics you dont believe in and others can do the same.
