Many leads in TV industry started with small roles in Ekta's shows only. Like Hiten and Sweta Tiwari started with Kahin Kisi Roz. Karishma Tanna in Kyunki. Karan Patel was in kahaani ghar ghar ki. Cezanne was in kabhi sautan kabhi saheli. Ezaj khan in Kahin to hoga.

Ohh. Ekta seems to hire the same set of actors also. Yeah she brings in newbies too, but she reuses a lot of her actors. Same as Gul. Maybe the familiarity helps them ?

Ekta is very good at identifying star material. New actors will charge less money and chemistry between the leads will look fresh
