In the path you speak of, one has to eliminate radicals that are ready to die killing us, abduct us. Does it sound harsh ? Think of what lack of action has caused in Britain - grooming gangs that have operated there for years (most of them happen to be Pakistanis btw). If you can see the cost of silence and inaction then you will realise that inaction is not an option. You need both a stick and carrot.

Universal civil code is next after triple talaq. Same law for all. This is what even US had and the west. Secularism doesn’t mean separate laws, it means civil laws that apply equally to all regardless of race and religion. This simple concept doesn’t fly with them even.

I will concede, it’s not just the stick. It’s both. However stick is also absolutely necessary because I cannot bear to think of the crimes on innocents and children and grooming gangs in UK is just one example.

I thank you for the open dialogue on this subject. Feel free to disagree. There is always room for differences with same goals if the goals are same but remember every second some Islamic extremist/terroriat is harming some innocent at this instant and one cannot simply be a bystander for that.

But if we directly go to war with them with the intention to eliminate them, it would affect us immensely economically like it is to US.

But how do we as a nation still developing and struggling on various aspects survive that?

Do you find it strange that you defended Pakistan’s bombing of Afghanistan hospital because their govt is terrorist but they are not even on this list and Pakistan retains their number one spot ?

want to try and condemn the attack on hospital now ?

Does anyone else find it ironic that they have never been allowed inside their own mosques but are screaming on needing documentation to enter our temples ? smiley44

It’s not ironic because that’s a practice that they have had for time immemorial.

Like we had rules in few of Hindu temples, where women during their menstruating years weren’t allowed.

Though that has been changed by Supreme Court but still is followed by people traditionally.

But majority of temples, churches or Gurudwara doesn’t restrict females from entering their religious spaces.

That’s why they are now reacting the way they are.

A temple is a place of worship. Why do they want to visit ours when they aren’t even allowed in theirs ? Shouldn’t they fix that problem before screaming about why we need documentation ?

I don’t want my place of worship to be unholy unless they can prove their intentions to me are holy but first let them reform and solve their own place of worship issue.

Also will they come with attire our temples require ? No burqas ofc. Will they promise to do our prayers (not namaaz). No non veg , no defecation , no desecration. Will they ? Lots of questions they need to answer before they should be allowed BUT only after they are allowed in their mosques first. Reform and show us you aren’t radicals is my reply to them.

I agree it is extremely unfortunate that they aren’t allowed in their own god’s abode.

But then again we have always believed that God is one and that’s what separates us from them and lets us carry ourselves with immense pride within.

A holy place cannot be made unholy by anyone, lest the Supreme Power above allows it to be.

For attires, yes they require to maintain a certain decorum.

Food what they can or cannot consume is debatable because many Hindus are also non-vegetarians by food habits.

How they offer their prayer to the almighty is upto each of its own.

For example:- Aghoris offer Lord Shiva prayers in their own way

The other public does it in their own way.

But ultimately it reaches to that Supreme Power we all believe protects and guides us.

Iran War News: G7 calls for 'immediate, unconditional halt' to all attacks by Iran

G7 reaffirmed the importance of "safeguarding maritime routes and ensuring freedom of navigation, including in the Strait of Hormuz."

I don’t understand this statement. This is a war. Either say both sides stop. Else how useless is this statement. G7 says stop. Meaning Iran please just face the attacks and do nothing.

Have these leaders lost it and hired morons to write their statements. It’s not like I support Iran in any which way but this is completely retarded statement

Food is not debatable as per our religion.

Form of prayer in our temple is always per our prayers. Go and try and do rudraabhishek in a mosque - will they allow us to do that?

Attire either.

And there is a concept of holiness of our temples. There is cosmic energy as well.

Anyone with the right intention would find these v easy.

Regardless, they should not be so eager for ours when they can’t enter theirs. It’s not unfortunate that one can sweep under the rug. They should be fighting for those rights. And not for rights to enter ours.

Well G7 countries include:-

Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, the United Kingdom, and the United States.

So of course they would want Iran to stop so that US and Israel can completely take over.

And as Trump planned for 30 day oil sanctions, to ease out the crude oil prices all over the world, it can be achieved since Iran has blatantly refused to comply.

There are a sect of people who consume non- vegetarian food, alcohol on a regular basis.

Are they not allowed in the temple premises?

@bold

These you will feel in a church or gurudwara as well if one goes with the right intentions.

If you go to Ramakrishna Mission, there also you will feel it.

@green

Yes they should and maybe they will.

But fixing that will take time.

Genuinely, why aren’t Churches or Gurudwaras restricting them?
