I feel bitter sweet about Rachin. He was doing wonderfully in CT, and then pooped in IPL last year. He was doing fine in World Cup, now don't know what he'll do again in IPL. Hope KKR doesn't regret like we did last year.
If that's so, it's actually very sad. To break up with a decade old association in a career which usually lasts for a decade or half more; is actually very concerning. I don't get the point of him leaving the team. He is not given captaincy anyway. Why did he have to leave?
But, in hindsight, CSK has actually made a golden deal by taking Sanju in replacement. He's one heck of a promising player, someone who's got the patience of MSD, and I truly feel MS will sharpen his keeping skills too. I know they'd not give him Captaincy, but he's a great option for captaincy training too just in case Ruturaj Gaikwad doesn't.
Yes, CSK lost one of the best all-rounder in the world who has pulled CSK out of tough spots many times, but it has gained a World class batsman who can turn out to be the spine of the team one day. 🤞

Jaddu and CsK management had lafda in 2022 itself when Jadeja was the Captain.
