I don't think nurse giving the kid to bhoomi was anything serious. They probably tried to show it as symbolism, kid Going to another mother. And nurse gave to her thinking she's a family member

If the marriage didn't happen there is no drama. The one sided love of tanya had to change to something.

Interesting discussion about the fact that women aren’t wearing jewellery as much anymore especially signs of marriage like Sindoor and Mangalsutra.

I think a lot of it is courtesy of foreign cultures influencing us via Bollywood in particular.

There’s this whole concept of everything being imposed by patriarchy and how men don’t wear symbols of marriage at all but women are expected to wear them.

I personally find it one of the dumbest arguments I’ve ever come across. The concept of jewellery for women is not about women wearing some symbolic signs of ownership by a man as is alleged but rather it has a far different meaning which has nothing to do with women being tagged like some cattle but more about how men and women are different and what they perceive as wealth as well as how they can both be guardians of the same for their families and lineages which people need to understand.

I am a proper feminist and find nothing wrong in wearing manalsootra Sindoor

But actually the distortians come up with theory like women were initially forcibly taken away from their parents house so they were handcuffed(today that's symbolic represented by bangles) had legs and neck tied (anklet and mangalsoorta) and were physically blooded (symbolic Sindoor)

I know that's a very stupid argument lekin they say this
