But for me, even the child actress was horrible.

What I meant to say is, I don't expect a child actor to deliver top notch performance. Sometimes you can just be the kid and that elevates the screen, which I would say is the case for Garu/Malti/Timsi in KSBKBT2.

But even the acting of the kid annoyed the crap out of me. With that weird insertion of English words in a Hindi sentence, I would immediately lose my patience every time she was on screen.

Things that stood out for me in this lame episode - Garu being such an achhi bachhi reminded me of my mom saying Seedhe logi ke ghar shaitaan aate hai aur Shaitoone ke ghar seedhe log janam lete hai iss kalyug mein because damn, how else do I wrap my head around the fact that not only the biological child of Pari and Ranvijay is the cutest munchkin on the show but also seems like the nicest and most well behaved one. Lol, Garu being such a darling involuntarily gave complex to Vrinda like damn how are my kids not as well behaved as Garu is!

Hrithik Mittali’s marriage was never explained in a way that makes sense and so its no surprise that their divorce is so anticlimactic too. With this the Viranis have completed a hattrick of divorces this year and the third month has barely begun! If this show somehow is extended to December how many Viranis will be dingl! Gautam Damini may as well be the next ones to declare we’re joining the list next month!

The whole sequence of Mittali running away to participate in this ludicrous beauty pageant was just absurd though. I mean in today’s times do these things even matter? Does anyone even watch them anymore? I don’t remember the last time a pageant winner mattered in this country. Even if someone bags something and then becomes an actress it’s not even worth the hype that was generated when Ash, Sush, PC, Lara, Dia won and bagged their first movies. This weird AI BG generated pageant wont even pay for a month’s worth of Mittali’s expenses even if she were to win it. I think it would have made more sense if Mittali could have believed that she got an opportunity to work in some movie - Bollywood or even in one of the industries down South and she immediately is sold on the idea that she’s going to be a star leading to the same thing and it would have at least seemed more plausible. Heck they could have even said that some Korean, American production house is making some show and they’re looking for a fresh face for an Indian character they have written in the story and Mittali looks just like the character is envisioned, so would she be interested in flying down to South Korea or US for a couple of months to shoot for the show/movie if she gets selected for the part after going through an audition and it still would’ve made more sense than this.

But whatever… these lame characters aren’t gonna spoil my mood today cause Dhar and Sachdev have cooked so good that I don’t care about anything else today
