It's EXTREMELY irritating when Indians start with 'Love to Israel 4m India' on every Middle East-related video. Like, dude, don't insult yourself so much. Both the USA and Israel have committed many atrocities. Yes, taking out the Ayatollah was the right thing to do. But there's no need to go lick someone's a$$.

Same here... Also it's for the first time I have seen people from any Islamic regime become so vocal about their oppression.. Else we don't see such voices form Iraq, Afghanistan etc.... Afghanistan surrendered to Taliban so easily... Women of Iran have been incredibly brave and they have made themselves heard. There is no denying that... Although I don't know how much of what we see on social media also resonates with people on ground in Iran on a large scale.. Perhaps more than 60-70% of Iranians will have to be anti regime to be able to find relief and stability ....

@bold - Probably because the Islamic regime is not very old in Iran. Iran became Islamic only after 1979 (if I'm correct)... So people still have memories from the time when no such prohibitions were there during shah of Iran time... Lebanon is another such country where Islam took over not so long back ago.

It was Islamic even before that but I think Pahlavi dynasty tried to somewhat modernize it on the western lines... It's weird.. In the recent past they were Kattar islamic (Qajar dynasty) , then hybrid secular (Pahlavis), then again kattar islamic (Ayatollahs) then again they want to become modern secular...

"A distress call from IRIS Dena was received at the MRCC Colombo in the early hours of 04 March 26 as reported by the Sri Lankan Navy. The ship was operating 20 NM West of Galle in the SAR region under Sri Lankan responsibility. On receipt of the information, the Indian Navy promptly launched its SAR efforts commencing with a long-range maritime patrol aircraft at 1000 hr on 04 March 26 to augment the search efforts led by Sri Lanka. Another aircraft with air droppable life rafts was also kept standby for immediate deployment. INS Tarangini which was operating in vicinity was deployed for aiding the rescue efforts and arrived in search area by 1600 hr on 04 March 26. By this time SAR had been undertaken by Sri Lankan Navy and other agencies. INS Ikshak has also sailed from Kochi to augment the search efforts and continues to remain in the area to search for missing personnel as a humanitarian measure for ship wrecked personnel. Coordination with the Sri Lankan side on Search and Rescue efforts is ongoing," Indian Navy.

The world order doesn’t work according to the whims of the ignorant. There is something known as geopolitics and no one lives in isolation.

Israel is an important ally and time and again has stood by India.

In any case, anything to get rid of the extremists is always good job by Israel and India needs to follow their steps to eradicate the extremists inside as well.

India has always maintained defense ties with Israel despite its historical support for Palestine and the two-state solution. But Indians don't need to go and comment everywhere, 'We support Israel,' 'Love from India to Israeli brothers.' It's pure cringe.
